Red Hill Estate has launched a refreshed trio of sparkling wines just in time for the festive season, unveiling a new-look collection that brings together cool-climate acidity, approachable drinking and celebratory styling.
The Mornington Peninsula winery has released updated versions of its Sparkling Cuvée and Prosecco, alongside a brand-new Sparkling Rosé. All three arrive in red and gold-accented bottles designed to sit confidently on a Christmas table or summer grazing spread.
General Manager Dominic Fabrizio said the range was created with Red Hill Estate’s hallmark minimal-intervention approach, showcasing fruit expression and easy summer drinking.
“Our new sparkling range is elegant, lively and effortlessly refined, adding a touch of celebration to our expanding portfolio – whether it’s end-of-year celebrations, summer entertaining or Christmas gifting, we have a sparkling to suit every taste and occasion.”
The collection includes:
Red Hill Estate Sparkling Rosé NV | RRP $22
A pale, gently pressed cool-climate rosé with fine bubbles and aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry, rose petals and citrus zest. The palate is fresh and lightly savoury, suited to oysters, salads, soft cheeses or charcuterie.
Red Hill Estate Sparkling Cuvée NV | RRP $22
A Chardonnay and Pinot Noir blend with notes of apple, citrus, wild strawberry and a hint of toasted cashew. Bright acidity and soft red-berry flavours make it a reliable pre-dinner option or a match for seafood, charcuterie or cheese.
Red Hill Estate Prosecco NV | RRP $22
A crisp, fruit-driven Prosecco with apple, pear and honeydew melon notes alongside delicate florals and a fine bubble. Designed for casual celebrations and an easy pairing with oysters, antipasto or truffle fries.
The range is now available ahead of the summer entertaining period.
