Two names synonymous with Melbourne café culture have joined forces, with specialty roaster ONA Coffee announced as the official coffee partner of Flinders Lane brunch spot Cuff Melbourne. The partnership kicks off with the launch of a limited-edition drink just in time for International Coffee Day: the Salted Pistachio Cream.
ONA, known for its award-winning blends and cult following, will now be pouring at Cuff, bringing its focus on quality and consistency to the café’s menu. The collaboration reflects a shared commitment to Melbourne’s coffee culture, pairing ONA’s beans with Cuff’s inventive culinary style.
“ONA has always been about pushing boundaries in coffee, while keeping the experience inclusive,” says Paawan Engineer, owner and founder of Cuff Melbourne.
“Working with ONA is the perfect partnership – the brand’s focus on getting the basics right and keeping things consistent makes them an ideal collaborator.”
The partnership is marked by an exclusive drink available only at Cuff. Salted Pistachio Cream takes the on-trend pistachio cream and blends it with ONA’s Raspberry Candy. The result is nutty, sweet and lightly salty, indulgent yet balanced, and, in true Melbourne style, designed for both playfulness and precision.
For Cuff, the partnership signals an evolution of its coffee offering while also deepening its connection with the CBD community. The café takes its name from the seamstresses of Flinders Lane’s historic Manchester Trade, and has built a reputation as a go-to for brunch catch-ups or quick weekday coffees in a stylish yet welcoming setting.
Salted Pistachio Cream is available exclusively at Cuff Melbourne, Monday to Friday 7 am – 4 pm and 8 am – 2:30 pm on Saturdays.
