
A new wellness-led tea brand has launched in Australia, aiming to turn a simple cup into a daily ritual. Intentional. tea is built around the idea of linking blends with emotional balance, encouraging people to pause and sip with purpose.
With each variety tied to a specific intention, the brand encourages drinkers to step away from autopilot and create mindful moments throughout the day. Options include winding down with Sleep Tea, connecting with Awaken (Masala Chai), or grounding with Settle (Organic Mint Blend). The range is designed to meet the pace of modern life with ritual rather than routine.
The mission
Intentional. tea was created with a mission to help people honour themselves and sip with purpose. In a world that feels faster than ever, the brand invites people to reconnect with themselves through simple, intentional acts.
Founder Tammi Kirkness brings her background as a certified tea master, life coach and international bestselling author to the project. Having written books on managing panic and burnout, she created the brand to reflect her belief that small daily rituals can make a big difference to wellbeing.
“Tea has always been my way to breathe, reset and anchor myself in the present,” says Kirkness. “With Intentional. tea, I wanted to create blends that not only taste beautiful but also gently encourage you to bring more intention into your day.”
The collection
The launch range features eight teas priced at $14.90 AUD. Black tea options include Alert (English Breakfast), Awaken (Masala Chai) and Uplift (Earl Grey with bergamot). Herbal blends cover Harmonise, Immunity, Inner Calm, Settle (mint) and Sleep. Gift bundles are also available, ranging from $40 to $65.
Sustainability is also at the core of the brand, with all blends ethically sourced and packaged in compostable Nature Flex and Soilon materials.
