
Miilk Cake Studio will release its Christmas range from November 22, introducing a line-up of cakes, cookies and drinks shaped by Southeast Asian flavours. The Melbourne CBD bakery is drawing on pandan, ube and matcha to create a collection that blends contemporary creativity with family baking traditions.
Two feature cakes lead the offering: the North Pole Neapolitan and the Dubai Chocolate.
The North Pole Neapolitan layers pandan sponge with strawberry jam and chocolate cream, finished with retro-style piping.
The Dubai Chocolate combines chocolate mudcake, buttercream and a Kinder Bueno flavoured kataifi filling, with festive decorations.
Miilk is also offering a Christmas Cookie Box featuring matcha, pandan and ube mochi cookies, along with a limited-edition Dubai Bueno Brookie Cup.
Two room sprays join the collection: Champagne Pop, with lychee and sparkling notes, and Midnight In Melbourne, featuring Japanese honeysuckle, cedar and pine.
New additions to the drinks menu include Brulee Ube Matcha and Brulee Pandan Matcha, topped with a torched sugar crust and served with a mochi cookie.
The range will be available online for pre-order from November 22 and in-store from December 1 until December 26.
